Following customer feedback, Welderepair is introducing new Maintenance Services for welding machines which will involve regular maintenance that will comply with Australian Standards and assist in the life cycle maintenance of the machine.
Let Welderepair set up your maintenance regime, document results and advise when your next service is due. Each machine will be returned with a test sheet with all the relevant data and results in accordance with the necessary standards.
Examples of Maintenance Services
1. Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) Testing only (must be conducted at Welderepair workshop)
2. Insulation resistance, earth continuity and general internal inspection of fans, motors, connectors, connections, clean out, etc. (recommended at Welderepair workshop due to internal inspection in clean environment)
3. Insulation resistance, earth continuity and general external inspection (can be conducted at customer or Welderepair workshop)
4. VRD Testing, Insulation resistance, earth continuity and general internal inspection of fans, motors, connectors, connections, clean out, etc. (must be conducted at Welderepair workshop)
Depending on Maintenance requirements, this can done either at the customer or Welderepair workshop.
